Established in 1938,  Jeremy and Susie Moorehead purchased the business in 2014. We strive to provide the best-quality meats around. We are a state-inspected custom processing plant. We currently process Beef & Hogs Only. We also carry a full line of Retail Meats.

Jeremy was born and raised in Ventura. Jeremy has 20 years of experience processing meats. Susie was raised 20 miles south in Belmond. Both want to give back to the community..

We purchased the Ventura Locker in May of 2014 with one goal in mind, to rebuild and grow the business. We pour our heart and soul into everything we do at the locker and our growing list of satisfied farmers and customers proves it.

This business is our livelihood and we take customer service and satisfaction very seriously. We consider each one of our customers friends. We look forward to seeing them year after year. We strive to have the best customer service and provide the best quality of meat possible!
